Van collides with car transporter on Folly Lane

A van collided with a stationary car transporter parked outside a garage on Folly Lane, Warrington, earlier today.

The collision occured outside Chapelhouse Motors premises where the car transporter had parked.



A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “At 2.36pm today police were called to a collision with a van and a stationary car transporter on Folley Lane Warrington.
“No one is thought to be injured. The van is being recovered and highways have been called due to fuel that had leaked onto the road.
According to eye witness reports the van driver escaped with some minor scratches to his arm and a “sore nose” from the airbag going off.
