Low flying baskets!

HANGING baskets at Stockton Heath’s Forge shopping centre are a danger to the public, Stockton Heath Parish Council heard.
Coun Sonia Boggan complained about the low-hanging baskets and said
several people had banged their heads on the baskets.
“There should be a sign out saying beware of low flying baskets. They are just stupid,” she said.

  1. Perhaps councillor Boggan should stop wrapping the world in cotton wool and instead, make people responsible for their own actions. Do lamp-posts have warning signs on them?

  2. The hanging baskets do look lovely though and I must admit I have hever never banged my head on any over the past few years 🙂 🙂 🙂 Then again I don’t walk along texting on my mobille and I tend to look where I am going 😉
