TV actress Denise Welsh was on hand to help youngsters “Get on their bikes” as part of a Lymm Festival event at the revamped Ridgway Grundy Park.
The former Coronation Street actress, who now stars in Waterloo Road launched the Get On Your Bike family fun event.
She is pictured (right) admiring 5-year-old Sophie Smith’s decorated bicycle at the Get On Your Bike Family Fun Day and Teddy Bears Picnic at Ridgway Grundy Park.
Denise was on hand to open the event and later judged the decorated bicycles.
