A WARRINGTON businessman and his two sons are gearing up for a gruelling bike ride from Vietnam to Cambodia in aid of charity.
John Duggan and his two sons, John junior aged 23 and Daniel aged 20, from Lymm, are gearing up for the challenge of a life time, cycling from Vietnam to Cambodia in aid of Claire House Childrens’ Hospice.
John and his sons, who all work for family business 4 Seasons, locally based climate control specialists, who are being backed by Latchford based MJ Cycles, are now looking for the support of the Lymm community to help they
raise funds for the hospice which cares for terminally ill children from the local area.
John said: “Claire House are also one of our customers and this is our way of saying thank you. They have opened a new wing for teenagers and urgently need funding to help with the running costs!
Their gruelling challenge will take them over 400 kms from Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) to the ancient temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia.
John is no stranger to adventure, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in 2007 when he raised £5,000 for the hospice.
