Friends of Palestine Warrington hold peaceful protest at town hall

A peaceful protest took place outside Warrington town hall at the weekend by the Friends of Palestine Warrington group.

The group of community organisers in Warrington are campaigning for an end to Israel’s occupation in Palestine.

An estimated 250 people attended at the town hall and in Bank Park on Saturday afternoon to carry out a peaceful protest with guest speakers.
A similar event is planned this coming Saturday at 2pm at a venue to be decided.
