FIREFIGHTERS are investigating the cause of a fire at a property on Lovely Lane, Warrington, earlier today, Tuesday.
Two crews attended from Warrington and Penketh shortly before 11.30am this morning, following reports of a fire at an address in Lovely Lane.
The fire was in one of the rooms. All occupants have been accounted for. Gas and electricity was isolated as a precaution.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel and a covering jet. They then used two hose reel jets to put out the fire and a large fan to disperse the smoke.
The crews are checking for any fire spread using a thermal imaging camera and will be investigating the cause of the fire.
