Car crashes into office building following two vehicle collision on Knutsford Road

A car crashed into the front of an office building following a two-vehicle collision on Knutsford Road, Warrington, earlier today, Thursday.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “At 10.33am on Thursday 1 April police were called to reports of a collision on Knutsford Road, Warrington, near to the junction of Old Road.



“Officers attended the scene and found there had been a collision between two vehicles, a white Jaguar F-Pace and a blue BMW 320D.
“One of the cars had also hit the front of a nearby building.
“Paramedics attended the scene and the drivers were checked over as a precautionary measure.”
Meanwhile, a council surveyor was called to the scene to assess the building which suffered structural damage and a temporary cordon has been put in place as a precaution.
The road remains open at this time.
