Fire crews called out to tackle bin blaze and fire in the open

FIRE crews were called out twice last night to tackle a commercial bin blaze and a fire in the open.

At 21:20 one fire engine from Penketh attended a commercial bin on fire in Troutbeck Avenue, Warrington.
The crew used a hose reel jet to put out the fire.



Earlier at 21:08 one fire engine from Warrington was called to a small fire on land off Hodgkinson Avenue, Warrington.
Crews used a hose reel to put out the fire.
