FIRE crews used specialist cutting equipment to help rescue a casualty following a two-vehicle collision at Great Sankey, Warrington, last night.
Fire and rescue crews from Penketh and Warrington were called to the scene of the collision on Whittle Avenue shortly after 7.15pm.
A casualty was trapped in one of the cars.
The crews used specialist cutting equipment to remove the roof and safely extract the casualty out of the car and into the hands of paramedics.
This morning, Green Watch completed their RTC training using our specialist equipment. A big thanks as always to Hough Green Motors for allowing us to use their facilities for the second time this month #trainforreal pic.twitter.com/caL8ETQkfC
