Appeal for witnesses after three women injured in collision

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after three women were injured in a collision in Warrington last Saturday, March 20.

Just after 4pm on Saturday 20 March, officers were called to Penketh Road following reports of a collision involving a green Mazda and three pedestrians.
One pedestrian, a woman, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. She has since been discharged from hospital.



The two other pedestrians, both women, were taken to hospital for minor injuries.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene and is assisting police with enquiries.
