FIREFIGHTERS were called out twice last night to tackle fires in the Bewsey area of Warrington.
Shortly after 10.30pm one crew from Penketh was called out to an Industrial bin fire in Bewsey Park Close, Warrington
The bin was well alight and a hose reel was used to put out the flames and dampen down the area.
Earlier shortly after 9.30pm one fire engine from Warrington attended a fire on Troutbeck Avenue.
Fire crews used water to extinguish a small fire involving rubbish.
🔥 Recently we are seeing an increase in fires involving fly tipped or littered rubbish, this ties us up from attending any serious incidents in the area. 🔥
📞 You can help reduce these by reporting fly tipping to the local council on the following link https://t.co/6mICW4Rn0i pic.twitter.com/Qt17jWIKQ0
