Police appeal for witnesses following fatal fall in Palmyra Square

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a serious incident in Palmyra Square North in Warrington when a man tragically fell to his death last month.

The 36-year-old man was working on top of the roof of Palmyra House at approximately 11am on 24 February when he fell from the building.
He was taken to Aintree Hospital but sadly died the following day.
DC Cameron Mackay said: “The Health and Safety Executive are currently leading the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death, supported by Cheshire Police.
“We’d urge anyone who witnessed the incident but has not yet spoken to police to contact us so that we can progress our enquiries.”
