FIREFIGHTERS helped rescue a woman and two children trapped in a lift at premises on Central Way, Warrington earlier today, Monday.
One fire engine attended from Birchwood at 15.40 following reports of people stuck in a lift in Warrington.
On arrival the crew found the lift to be stuck between two floors and isolated the lift.
Firefighters managed to rescue one woman and two children from the lift then passed the scene onto engineers.
