WARRINGTON North MP Charlotte Nichols has thrown her backing behind the ‘Let’s Vaccinate Britain ’campaign.
The campaign, led by the Labour Party and the Trade Union Congress calls for a ‘national effort’ to roll out the Coronavirus vaccine across Britain.
As part of this, they are encouraging people to: sign up to NHS volunteer campaigns, to promote the vaccine to friends and family and to speak out against disinformation online.
Ms. Nichols said: “People across Warrington North have shown how incredible they are throughout this crisis. From setting up mutual aid groups to raising money for charity, I can’t thank you enough.
“The vaccination programme is now the best route out of this crisis- and it must be the biggest national effort in our country since the Second World War.
“So please consider registering to volunteer at your local Vaccine Centre and Let’s Vaccinate Britain.”
Meanwhile, Labour Leader Keir Starmer said: “Between us, we can make a huge difference to delivering the vaccine and making Britain the first country in the world to all it out successfully. That means everyone getting involved, volunteering and helping out in every village, town and city.
