TWO fire crews were called out during the early hours of this morning to tackle a shed fire on farmland at Winwick, Warrington.

The incident took place at around 2.30am when firefighters received a report of a shed being on fire on farmland in Delph Lane, Winwick.
On arrival, the crews from Warrington and Wigan, discovered that the outbuilding measuring approximately five square metres was well alight in a field.
The fabric shed contained household rubbish.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire, which did not spread beyond the shed.
They then turned over affected materials and damped the shed down to make it safe.
Temperatures were monitored with a thermal imaging camera.
Firefighters were in attendance for around half-an-hour.
