A NINE-week bee-keeping course at Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden has resulted in a £100 boost for the restoration fund for the historic glasshouses which are a central feature of the garden.
The course was run by Bob Jennings, a volunteer gardener at the garden and proved a big success.
Mr Jennings donated the £100 to Grappenhall and Thelwall Parish Council, specifically for the Glasshouses fund.
