Benefits bus is back!

WARRINGTON residents can find out what they’re entitled to when the benefits bus rolls back into town in May.
The mobile drop-in service, which has been travelling around the north west for three years now, is available to everyone and equipped with private interview rooms, satellite and internet access.
People who have never claimed benefits before are encouraged to find out what they are entitled to –especially if their circumstances have changed, if they are on low income or are out of work.
Every year millions of pounds of benefits go unclaimed across the UK. On its last visit to Warrington, in February, people who visited the bus collectively qualified for almost £170,000.
The benefits bus, which has disabled access, will be parked outside the town centre from 10am to 3pm from Tuesday May 4 to Friday May 7 offering help and advice –and immediate benefit estimates in some cases.
