WARRINGTON-based HR SaaS tech company Talos360 has secured first place in the Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe list by Great Place To Work – a global authority on workplace culture.
The outstanding achievement is a culmination of employee engagement accolades the Westbrook business has attained over the past 12 months, including #1 Best Workplace in Tech and the #1 Best Workplace in the UK. The company’s focus on its people has been key to its recognition as the best small to medium workplace in Europe.
As the only UK company to finish in the European Top 10, it highlights the culture and opportunities that Talos360 offer.

Talos360 is no stranger to receiving recognition for its excellent workplace culture and additional employee engagement. Awards in the last 12 months include first place in the Best Workplace for Development and seventh place in the Best Workplace for Women 2024.
The company’s commitment to its people and their development is clear, and over the last year alone 16 per cent of the workforce were either promoted or moved into new roles internally.

This year’s Great Place Work list features 100 organisations that were chosen after surveying more than 1.3 million employees in Europe about their experience in the workplace, representing the work experiences of over 2 million employees across Europe. Of those, 300,000 responses came from companies eligible for the list, and the ranking is based on that feedback.
Companies were considered for the list after being selected for local honours on national Best Workplaces™ lists. They also must be Great Place To Work Certified™ and have between 50 and 499 employees in Europe.
This recognition is based on confidential survey data assessing employee experiences of trust, innovation, company values, and leadership. Companies are also evaluated on how well they are creating a For All™ workplace experience, where all employees are welcomed and celebrated no matter who they are or what they do.
