A 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged with criminal damage after a window was smashed at the Mulberry Tree pub in Stockton Heath following a disturbance during the early hours of yesterday, Tuesday.
Officers attended the scene and found there had been a disagreement between a group of people outside the Mulberry Tree on Grappenhall Road, which resulted in a window being smashed.
A 27-year-old man was arrested in relation to the incident.
Martin McDonagh, of Kingsheath Avenue, Liverpool, has since been charged with criminal damage.
He has been bailed to appear at Warrington Magistrates on Tuesday 22 October.
