THE annual Memorial Service at Culcheth Methodist Church will take place at 3pm on Sunday, November 17.
A warm welcome is extended to anyone who wishes to remember someone who has passed away, whether it has been recently or long ago.
Grief is very personal to each individual and there is no time limit on the pain of losing a loved one. It can seem totally overwhelming or it can catch us unawares in an unexpected moment.
The service, sensitively led by the Rev Katharine Bland, will offer the opportunity for people to attend and sit quietly with their memories, or, if they wish, light a candle for some special person.
After the service people will be invite to stay on for tea and cake in the church’s Welcome Space.
