LEADING national housebuilder Lovell has relocated its North West team to a new office at Birchwood Park, as it grows its open market sales presence and boosts partnerships across the region.
The property giant’s new office cements its commitment to a successful future meeting the North West’s housing needs through key partnerships and regeneration projects.
Paul Challinor, managing director for Lovell in the North West, said: “Our new Warrington office is an important step in our growth plans to deliver more homes for communities across the North West, by placing us in a more centralised regional position where there is the potential to expand further in the future.
“We are keen to push forwards in growing our land bank and moving into more open market sales under our Lovell Homes brand, as well as continuing to nurture our long-term partnerships in the region, working in collaboration with local authorities and organisations to ensure housing demands are met.

It means the Lovell team is ideally located between Manchester and Liverpool; two cities that have been key regeneration sites over the last two decades. The area is also home to a number of prominent occupiers in the property and construction sector.
Paul added: “The new office supports our recent successful appointment to the £1.5billion Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework, with which we will now be involved for the next four years. Our portfolio of work in the North West continues to grow from strength to strength, with several major regeneration sites currently underway, and a number of new schemes at various stages of progression.”
Miles Platting, a 15-year regeneration near central Manchester is set to complete this year, as well as the Pendleton Project in Salford also entering its next phases and more in the pipeline for transforming Liverpool and The Wirral in the coming year.
