CULCHETH Beer Festival is returning in September – after a five-year absence caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.

It will also be the first festival under the banner of Culcheth and district Rotary Club following the re-naming of the former Rotary Club of Newton and district Jubilee.
The charity fund-raising beer festival has raised more than £100,000 for local organisations and Rotary charities between 2011 and 2019.
The festival will take place on Friday and Saturday, September 20 and 21 at The Village Club in Wigshaw lane.
On the Friday, it will run from 5pm to 11pm and on Saturday from noon to 11pm.
A good range of cask ales and ciders will be on offer, plus a Bottle Bar, Wine and Fizz Bar and , live entertainment with hot food to be served by The Village Club. Soft drinks will also be available for children and drivers.

To gain fast track entry to the event, Rotary will be selling a limited number of advance tickets. These will be available from the Village Club and include two free tokens for the first drink. There will be a pay-on-the-door option available too, but these won’t include free drink tokens. Entry will be £5 and include the festival programme, live music and a commemorative glass.
The success of these charity fund-raising events relies on the support Rotary receives
from volunteers helping during the event and from the sponsorship of generous ocal businesses or individual who provide sponsorship.
Sponsors will receive a number of free tickets, have their name displayed on their sponsored cask, their details included in the festival programme and will have links to sponsors’ own websites from www.culchethbeerfestival.com
