FIREFIGHTERS were called out earlier today (Thursday) following reports of a grass fire at Rixton, Warrington.
At 15:34 one crew from Birchwood attended the incident on Manchester Road.
A grass fire measuring some 25 square metres was put out by a crew using a hose reel jet.
