ONLY four houses are left on the David Wilson Homes development at Appleton Cross, Warrington.

The properties remaining are the Bayswater and the Bradgate.
The Bayswater is four bedroom detached home, designed with a bright open-plan kitchen, with French doors leading out to the garden and a relaxing bay fronted lounge.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a family bedroom, and the top floor features the main bedroom with an en suite and a dressing area.

Gavin Powell, sales director at David Wilson Homes North West, said: “We are pleased that our customers have embraced Orchard Meadows, as we’re proud of the development and how it’s taken shape.
“The interest from home buyers has been fantastic to see, and we hope to continue this success with our other developments in Cheshire.”
The development is on Russell Avenue in Appleton and the four bedroom properties still available are priced from £485,000.
