POLICE have issued CCTV images of clothing worn by a man travelling on a bus between Warrington and Widnes suspected of exposing himself to two teenage boys.

The CCTV images show a logo on the suspect’s top – the letters MA in white.

Sometime between 7pm and 7.30pm on Wednesday 8 May two teenage boys were followed by a man as they walked onto the pedestrian bridge over Watkinson Way heading towards Page Lane. The man called out to them before exposing himself.

The boys alerted a man on a bike who chased after the suspect. The suspect is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall and of slim to medium build. He had blond hair, a blue long-sleeved top, black trousers and black shoes.

DC Phil Jackson said:“The same man had been on the 110 bus from Warrington to Widnes and CCTV has captured the white letters which are on the top and coat leading us to think this is work-wear featuring a business name. I’d urge anyone who recognises the logo or has any information that may help us with our investigation to contact us.”

Anyone with information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via www.cheshire.police.uk//tell-us quoting IML 1818996. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
