Three men in custody following police manhunt at Latchford

THREE men are in custody after a police manhunt at Latchford, Warrington, yesterday, involving the police helicopter.

It followed police issuing a warrant at a property on New Road, Latchford and a suspect fleeing the property.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “At around 2.15pm on Wednesday 15 May officers conducted a warrant on New Road, Latchford.
“A man fled from the address and officers, with the assistance of the police helicopter, made a search of the area to locate the suspect.
“Three men aged 33,31 and 46 were arrested following the search. They remain in custody.”
