Man charged with possessing heroin with intent to supply following drugs raid at Orford

A man has been charged with drug-related offences, including possessing heroin with intent to supply, following a warrant conducted by Warrington Beat Management Team.

Ben Whitelock-Wainwright was arrested on Tuesday 13 February, following a warrant at an address on Alder Lane, Orford.
The 49-year-old of Alder Lane was charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (heroin) and possession of criminal property.
He has since been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday 14 March.
A 22-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman have been released on conditional bail.

A number of items were seized following a search of the address – including approximately £20,000 in cash and a large quantity of heroin, with an estimated value of around £11,000.

The warrants were conducted as a result of information from the local community.
