FIREFIGHTERS were called out during the early hours of this morning following reports of a car well alight at Winwick, Warrington.
At 00:43 one crew from Warrington was called out to reports of a car on fire on Old Alder Lane.
Fire crews wearing breathing apparatus put out a vehicle fire using a hose reel jet. The car was suspected to have been abandoned. The incident was handed over to the police.
