Fire crew called out after smoke sets off fire alarm

FIREFIGHTERS from Warrington were called out last night when smoke in a corridor set off a fire alarm.

At 19:41 one crew was called out to a property on Ford Street, Warrington, in response to a fire alarm.

The fire alarm was sounding due to smoke in a corridor which required firefighters to attend and clear the area.
It is believed smoke from cooking was the cause.
