POLICE investigating an assault at Warrington Central railway station almost six months ago have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in relation to the incident.
The attack took place on Saturday, April 29, at around 7pm and the victim suffered a fractured bone in his knee, a broken tooth and multiple cuts and bruises.
Police have now issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to.
PC Jo Lynskey said: ““We acknowledge this incident happened almost six months ago, but we are still conducting enquiries and would like to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV image as we believe he may have vital information.
“If anyone recognises this man, they can contact us by calling 101 or by visiting our website at cheshire.police.uk/tell-us, quoting 23000362114.
“We would also like to appeal directly to the man pictured to get in touch with us.”
