Six miles of congestion following collision on M6 Thelwall viaduct

SIX miles of congestion was reported on the M6 this morning following a collision on the Thelwall Viaduct between Lymm and Woolston.

Two of four lanes were closed northbound following the collision between Junction 20 Lymm and 21 Woolston.

Both lanes have since re-opened. No other details of the collision are available at this stage.
