Man charged after suspicious actvity involving offering cash to children

DETECTIVES investigating a suspicious incident in Padgate, Warrington have charged a man.

Gary Campbell, 59, of Dolton, Devon, has been charged with 18 counts of indecent offences against children.
These include causing/inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, engaging in sexual activity with a child, sexually assaulting a child, paying for the sexual services of a child, possession of indecent images of children, taking an indecent image of a child, and causing a child to look at/watch images/videos of sexual activity.

Campbell appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 28 September where he was remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday 12 October.
The charges relate to reports of a man acting suspiciously between the 24 and 30 July in the Vulcan Close area of Warrington.
