Police warn drivers to follow Creamfields signs not Sat Nav!

MOTORISTS heading to Creamfields are being warned by police to follow signs and not their car Sat Navs!

Officers have seen a number of drivers ignoring traffic signs in place for Creamfields as they are following their Sat Navs.
Some of the roads they are using are single-track lanes, like the one pictured.
Drivers include local residents.

There are a number of closures in place which may or may not have staff at the location, please follow the instructions on the sign and not your Sat Nav.
Traffic chaos has been reported in and around the Daresbury area throughout the day as 70,000 music fans arrive for the music events taking place over the long Bank Holiday weekend.
