Three teenage boys arrested after attempted burglary at town centre store

POLICE have arrested three teenage boys, aged between 14-16, following an attempted burglary at a store on Cockhedge Shopping Park, late on Sunday evening.

Two boys aged 16 and one aged 14 were arrested and taken into custody following the incident at around 11:20 pm on Sunday night

Police attended the scene after receiving reports of three people attempting to enter a store by smashing a window.

Following a search officers arrested three teenage boys in connection with the incident.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson confirmed that three boys, two aged 16 and one aged 14, had been arrested on suspicion of burglary and taken into custody for questioning.
