Orford Lane was closed yesterday afternoon following a collision involving a pedal cyclist and a car.
A Cheshire Police Spokesperson said:”At 1.45pm on Wednesday 2 August, police were called to reports of a collision involving a bicycle and a car on Orford Lane, Warrington.
“An ambulance attended and the road was closed while the incident was dealt with.
“The rider of the bicycle, a man, was taken to hospital with minor injuries and has since been discharged.”
The road closure on Orford Lane was lifted by 3.15pm.
