Two fire crews tackle washing machine fire

TWO fire crews were called out to tackle a fire involving a washing machine at a property in Lymm earlier today, Monday.

At 12:03 firefighters attended reports of a fire at a house on The Crescent in Lymm.

A fire in a washing machine was put out by firefighters in breathing apparatus using a hose reel jet.
A high pressure fan was used to clear smoke from the property and the washing machine removed outside.
