Travellers set up camp on Morrison’s car park

AN unauthorised encampment of three caravans and associated vehicles has set up camp on the Morrison’s supermarket car park near Stockton Heath.

The vehicles arrived on the privately owned land yesterday, Thursday, shortly after another unauthorised encampment of three caravans vacated the B&Q store car park at Delph Lane, Winwick.

Council officers are liaising with the landowners, offering advice.

The travellers encampment has set up either side of the car wash on the supermarket car park.
Its the latest in lengthy list of traveller issues in the Warrington area.
