Crowds flock to Cheshire Steam Fair

ESTABLISHED for more than 30 years crowds flocked to the Cheshire Steam Fair which was blessed with sunshine.

A wide variety of steam engines were on show at the event in Daresbury near Warrington, including many proud owners from the local area.

As well as the steam engines entertaiment included the West Lancs Dog Display Team, featuring numerous dog breeds showcasing their obedience whilst completing agility courses and obstacles.

Also performing throughout the Cheshire Steam Fair weekend was Ken Fox and his Team in the incredible Wall of Death.

A full programme of top steam fair attractions included: Steam Engines, Classic Cars, Vintage Tractors, Classic Motorcycles, Fairground Organs, Miniature Steam Engines, Stationary Engines and Vintage Commercials.

The event also included Trade Stands, Autojumble, Craft and Fine Food Marquee, Old Time and Modern Funfair, Non-stop Arena Entertainment, Catering & Licensed Bar.
