Fire crews help release trapped casualty after car overturns following collision

FIREFIGHTERS helped release a trapped casualty after a car overturned on its roof following a road traffic collision at Blackbrook, Warrington.

At 18:26 two crews from Warrington and Birchwood were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Blackbrook Avenue where one vehicle had overturned onto its roof.

Crews extricated one casualty who was physically trapped. The casualty was handed into the care of Paramedics.
