Aldi seeks 35 new recruits in Warrington as part of ongoing expansion

BUDGET supermarket Aldi is recruiting new colleagues in Warrington as a result of its continued expansion in the area.

In a welcome boost to the local economy, the UK’s fastest growing supermarket, the cheapest in the UK, is currently recruiting for 35 Store Assistants, ranging from 10 – 30 hours per week.

Aldi is looking to hire for these roles at its stores in the area including Stockton Heath, Warrington, Birchwood, Fordton Retail, and its new store at Gemini Retail Park.

From 1 July 2023, starting pay for Aldi Store Assistants will increase to £11.40 per hour nationally and £12.85 within the M25 and paid breaks for the average store colleague will be worth £927.
