Rylands under 16s reach another national final

ONLY a few weeks after winning the JPL National Under 15s championship, Warrington Rylands have reached another national finals.

Stepping up to the Under 16s, the team managed by Jimmy Bush, Joe Hill and Anthony Miller overcame Mickleover and Wingate & Finchley to win the JPLUK One Tournament regional finals to qualify for the finals at Lilleshall.
While the under 16s were winning at Warwick University junior football was being played at Gorsey Lane with the latest of Warrington Rylands Summer Junior Tournaments taking place at Under 9s and 10s levels with Moore United taking the under 9s honours and Rylands Barca the under 10s.

The summer tournaments continue at Gorsey Lane on Saturday 24th June when under 11s & 12s teams take part in 9 a side games and Saturday 1st July with under 13s & 14s playing 11 a side games.
For the 2023/24 season Warrington Rylands are reintroducing a reserve team which will play in the Manchester League, and eventually act as a pathway into the first team from the academy teams.  Contact Ste Hughes on 07724939688 for further details.

Saturday 22nd July away v Witton Albion
Tuesday 25th July away v Wythenshawe Town
Saturday 29th July home v Alvechurch
Saturday 5th August home v 1874 Northwich (subject to FA Cup draw)
