POLICE arrested a male earlier this week for breaching a closure order at a property in Great Sankey, Warrington, linked to drug dealing and animal breeding.
The closure order related to a property on Mildenhall Close, which the order prevents any person from entering the premises for a period of three months.
Closure orders are imposed for good reason, those breaking the conditions of the closure will be dealt with accordingly.
Police had successfully secured the closure order in March following reports of drug dealing and animal breeding at a property that had caused year-long anguish for the local community.
Officers had received numerous reports from concerned residents regarding drug-related activity and animal mistreatment at the property.
A Cheshir epolice spokesperson said: “On Saturday 20 May police were made aware that a man had entered an address on Mildenhall Close, Great Sankey, which was in breach of a closure order.
A 52-year-old man from Warrington was subsequently arrested in relation to the breach. Following questioning the man was issued with a formal warning.”
