Warrington Rylands Under 15s crowned national champions!

HAVING won the Junior Premier League North West Division, Warrington Rylands Under 15s were crowned national champions after winning the JPL Champions Tournament at Warwick University at the weekend.

Coached by Jimmy Bush, assisted by Joe Hill and Antony Miller, the young Blues beat Dartford, Mundford and Oxfordshire and drawing with Notts County and Bristol to top their group to set up a national final clash with Bows Soccer Academy from London.
Isaac Bush scored the only goal in the final from the penalty spot to secure a 1-0 victory.
Jakub Belski was named player of the tournament.

Chairman Mark Pye said “As a club, are immensely proud of the success of the U15s and all the junior teams. We are now bearing the fruit of 5 years hard work to develop the youth section of the club, the future looks very bright!”

The Under 15s weren’t the only Warrington Rylands team picking up silverware recently as the Under 10s Inter beat Wigan Junior Latics Whites 3-1 to win the Warrington Junior League Champions Cup.
