FIRE crews were called out during the early hours of Thursday morning to tackle a scooter fire at Culcheth and a mattress fire at Dallam.
At 04:48 one crew from Birchwood was called out to reports of a fire on Warrington Road, Culcheth.
The fire involved a scooter and was extinguished by firefighters using a hose reel.
Earlier at 01:01 one crew from Warrington was called out to reports of a fire on Longshaw Street.
A discarded mattress that was on fire near bushes was extinguished with a hose reel by firefighters.
