Emergency services attend collision involving motorcycle and car

EMERGENCY services attended a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and a car on Knutsford Road, Warrington, yesterday, Tuesday.

At 17:02 fire crews from Birchwood and Warrington, attended the scene of the collision along with police and paramedics.

The fire crews gave a precautionary check of one casualty and made the scene safe. No other details are available at this stage.

Earlier in the day at 15:35 one fire engine from Warrington was called out to reports of a fire in a wooded area off Bridgewater Avenue, Warrington, and used water to extinguish it.
