Police warning over prison rehabilitation scam at Stockton Heath

POLICE have issued a warning over males claiming to be from a prison rehabilitation scheme, knocking door-to-door, selling cleaning goods in the Stockton Heath area of Warrington.

Local police have had confirmation that no such scheme exists and that the males are potentially scouting for information that is then sold to other criminals. Please report any sightings via 101.

Meanwhile, police in Stockton Heath have also received a report of two males trying car doors on Belvoir Road in the early hours earlier in the week
