Latchford man arrested and charged with stalking and engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour

A man has been arrested and charged by Warrington police with stalking and engaging in Controlling and Coercive behaviour following an affray incident earlier this week.

James Clough of Silverdale Rd, Latchford was arrested on 20 March for the offences of affray and harassment. He’s subsequently been charged by the CPS for: Engaging in Controlling and Coercive behaviour, Threatening to commit damage, Stalking without fear and a Section 4 public order.

He was remanded in custody and will stand trial at Warrington Magistrates on 25 September.
