COLIN Oakley is the latest resident to join Lymm Parish Council following co-option at February’s full council meeting.
Colin, who helped organise last year’s Lymm Dickensian Festival, said: “I have lived in Lymm for almost 40 years and I feel very fortunate that I live in an area that still has so much community involvement. As a councillor, I hope to build on the work I have done in recent years as a volunteer and I feel incredibly grateful for this opportunity to represent the village.”
He joins the other eleven councillors to work towards improving Lymm for those that visit, live and work in the village.
