Man, 60, arrested and charged with two burglaries

A 60-year-old man has been arrested and charged with two burglaries in the Bewsey area by officers from the Warrington Proactive Team.

The charges relate to a burglary at an address on Bardsley Avenue on 15 February and a shop on Lovely Lane on 16 February.

Michael Blythe, 60, of Bardsley Avenue, Warrington was arrested on 10 March and subsequently charged with two counts of burglary.
He was remanded to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 11 March where he was further remanded to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on 11 April.
