LOCAL author and long-time trustee and supporter of two prominent Warrington charities Pat Kitto has now published her second novel “Retribution”.

Retribution is based in 2012 Manchester, the year of the London Olympics.

It tells the story of four female friends who originally met in the 1980s and their relationship with each other and the anti-hero (Simon) as he pursues his quest to avenge the death of his father.

Simon overcomes their dislike and mistrust to ingratiate himself into their lives in order to wreak his twisted view of justice on the four friends at whose door he places the blame. Along the way he manipulates and causes havoc in both their lives and also the lives of others as his true sociopathic nature comes to the fore and he gets the taste for taking lives in an increasingly gruesome way.
His undoing is his obsession with one of the friends and it is she who pays the ultimate price as his retribution becomes lost in the explosive finale to his life.

Both “Retribution” and Pat’s first novel “Forever Friends?” are available on www.lulu.com and www.amazon.co.uk for both paperback and Kindle editions.
Pat’s website is www.patkittowriting.com.

Pat is and long-time supporter and trustee at Warrington Disability Partnership and Warrington Wolves Foundation.
